April 20, 2008

Dear Sir/Madam

I hope this letter finds you in the best of health.

I am very happy to inform you that my son, Mitsuteru Ueshiba, was married to Miss. Keiko Kusano on March 2nd of this year.

Your continued and good favor on the young couple would be much appreciated.

Hello Angela, Michael,

I understand that there will be a Hombu party in June. I think June 22 is a possible date and the Keio Plaza is a possible location.

Best wishes,

Re: Marriage of Mitsuteru Ueshiba

Dear Doshu
Congratulations to the happy couple, you must be very proud.
My wife, Naoko, and I met you many years ago in Australia and had a wonderful seminar with you there.
I pass onto the couples that I marry here in japan, these words of advice.
Listen to each other
Talk to each other
love each other
respect each other
everyday
Together you will have double the strength to face any challenge
You are a team working together to make your lives better.
All the very best

Re: Marriage of Mitsuteru Ueshiba

Let me stick a foot in my mouth and ask:

Ueshiba's great-grandson has so much love for his training, he went and married her? Keiko? . . .
A little bit of vocabulary is a dangerous thing. Hopefully my ukemi matches my cheek.

Congratulations

If way to the better there be, it exacts a full look at the worst.
