finger ring
Hey guys listen i introduced the unbendable arm technique to several friends and they were very ver impressed and when i told them more about aikido they were even more interested...i was hoping that perhaps someone would like to enlighten me on how to do that neat finger ring trick where u try and try to pry his fingers open but cant...i would like to use these simple demonstrations to show people the true beauty of this art and perhaps get them interested in it so that they can apply some of its principles in their lives...thanx guys..
