Kazuo Chiba Sensei, 1988: Shomenuchi Iriminage

Here is a video clip of Kazuo Chiba demonstrating shomenuchi iriminage at a seminar in 1988.

Does anyone know the location and the uke's name? And, what are your thoughts on the video?

Perhaps I'mwrong but that reminds me of videos I saw of the same period with Juba Noru as uke.

There are 2 different people taking ukemi in that video. I am pretty certain that the person taking ukemi in the first 10 to 20 seconds is Juba Nour Sensei. How ever I'm not sure who is taking ukemi afterwards.

Might the second uke be a young Chris Mooney?
