Curious

I was discussing this with a friend, and I am here to see if anyone here can help. Sorry if this is off the topic...

We were watching a movie and we heard the "Red Flower Society" pronounced in Cantonese.

I wondered how different it would be in Japanese.

I looked up what I could, and found it like this, "Kousai Akai Kusabana"

Was I correct in what I have? Are there any other ways to word, "The Red Flower Society"?

Just curious. Sorry again if this is off the subject.
