Re: ?????
eBay shows that someone actually bought a dan cert off of this company. Should I email them? That could be interesting.

Krystal,
How much money do you have to waste? Instead of wasting it on a piece of toilet paper, how about donating it to a charity instead?

Re: ?????
According to their bio of O Sensei, Morihei Ueshiba was born in Vakayama prefecture, Japan. Funny, I always thought it was Wakayama, but I guess I was wrong...

You dont think that cert would look just as good as the one I have with Kisshomaru Doshu's signature? How else can I make sure I'm a real black belt?

Re: ?????
More info. Huh. Notice I had to use a cached copy of the site. I found this by googling goshinkan international, suggested by the eBay seller's handle.

Dear All,
Sounds a good marketing ploy. These people might be a lot smarter than most of us.In a free market selling an item is Ok.The buyer has the choice to buy or not.
Cheers, Joe.

Re: ?????
There's a donkey registry. I have two donkeys (Eeyore and Clementine). I could register them, and then I'd have two registered donkeys. Oooh, fancy!
Same idea. :-)
(Actually the donkey registry's concept is actually to accumulate information on bloodlines, so that's OK. But you don't have to know anything about your donkey's family to register them.)
