rewrapping the tsuka

Can anyone helping by giving me some kind of instructions on how to rewrap my tsuka. Well how to do the knot at the end

I'm in Natchitoches, but was born in Opelousas. I've also called New Orleans, Alexandria, Bossier City, Baton Rouge, and Jena home at one time or another.
