Peaceful Weekend

To all,

To some this is a Holy weekend. To others, it is just another weekend. The world has seen some tough times lately. With more to come no doubt.

We Aikidoka are lucky. We study an art that helps us understand ourselves. It teaches us to remain calm in the face of hard times. It teaches us how to control our reactions when attacked, verbally or physically, and not harm the misguided soul who initiates the attack.

We Aikidoka have much to be thankful for.

Have a Peaceful weekend.....

Indeed, the practice of Aikido is no small blessing, each movement a small, undiluted moment of harmony. Wish that this would take hold in the middle east.
