Please join us for a weekend of intensive meditation, breath work and Aikido practice on the anniversary of O-Sensei's passing. Inspired by the Founder's powerful example, we will integrate deep internal disciplines into our Aikido practice and our lives. Retreat will be led by Tom Collings Sensei, 6th Dan, author of Searching for O-Sensei. Collings Sensei was uchi deshi at O-Sensei's Iwama Dojo and has over 40 years of monastic training.
