Two month Aiki-foundations series at Seattle School of Aikido starting 10/9

Hello folks. Long time no post. Just a quick note to anyone in the greater Seattle area that a few of us TNBBC'ers will be leading an eight week series which could be described as "Foundations of Aiki" starting on October 9th. This is the first time we've tried a class like this and I'm pretty excited about it. Check out the website or download a flyer for details. Shoot me an email or post here if you have any questions. This should be a lot of fun, and it could be a great opportunity for folks in the area who have been playing with their own bodyskill and aiki work to bounce some ideas (and themselves!) off of some other folks.

Details and a flyer here.

Best non-commital chunk of training (outside of seminars with the Aiki big-dogs) you'll find to sharpen up your Aiki skill-set and make your martial arts work better.

I'm glad to see my old dojo running this! Go and have fun and learn some vital stuff with a great group.
