Arjan de Vries bravely put a video link in the forums to a demonstration he did. He asked for some more links from other members. It's not really a surprise not to see any yet from the people who were judgmental. So here is a link to an explanatory demonstration lesson I was asked to give last month. I just uploaded it to the same site, vimeo, which seems very nice. I'm putting it in the voices of experience forum because if anyone does want to make a comment I would like it to be someone who knows something about aikido.
