The Aikido Association of America is proud to announce an Aikido Seminar hosted at Shoshinkan dojo from November 6 - 9, 2008. The training is open to students of any martial art or rank, and from any organization or dojo. This seminar will also celebrate Shoshinkan dojo's 10th Anniversary. Aikido instruction will be provided by Kengo Hatayama Shihan [nanadan, 7th degree black belt] and AAA Teaching Committee Members.

Hatayama Sensei began his Aikido training at the Akita Branch dojo in 1968. He spent from 1978 to early 1981 teaching in West Germany as an assistant to Katsuaki Asai Sensei. He also has the title of Shihan and is the head instructor of Aiki Kenshinkai.
