Hello to all martial arts enthusiasts from Tampa Bay!!

Great to have the honor of a great body of arts intelligence. Thanks to all of you!

Can anyone make a recommendation for training videos from 5th kyu to Shodan? Ideally, clear hand movements and feet positioning would be shown.

Rod

Onegaishimasu. If you go to www.usafwr.org you may find a 4 dvd set that covers technical guidelines for 5th kyu through 1st kyu. Although I am a member of another organization, I have found this dvd set to be invaluable, and I never tire of viewing parts of it.

Onegaishimasu. I just went to that address (www.usafwr.org) and it no longer exists. From there, I went to www.birankai.org and clicked on the catalogue.
I found the dvd set listed there among others. I am glad i checked! Good luck to you now.

In gassho,

Mark
