"A Right to be Safe"

Here's an article entitled "A Right to be Safe" published in the New Straits Times in Malaysia which reports on whether "women and young girls [...] take their safety for granted, or do they take precautions?"

Zoya, an aikido practitioner, states in the article, "I used what I learnt in my martial arts class to protect myself, even though I was just half his size. [...] Although I was just three months into the class, I escaped unhurt and controlled the situation. I was very fortunate to put into practice what I learnt in my Aikido classes."

Re: "A Right to be Safe"

Can anyone access this article? I've tried and I asked a friend in the USA to try to and neither of us could get access to the NST server at all. I'd love to read it.
