voices of experience

Hi Jun,

I can't help but notice that the Voices of Experience forums are not taking off at all. Maybe you could relax the guidelines a bit so that more people could participate, and that might bring activity into this forum.

What do you think? How about others? Any ideas out there?

best,

Rachel

In what ways would you suggest the guidelines be relaxed?

Well, you could either do something like your twenty years, with allowances for lapsed time (this of course fits me in, as well as probably a number of others), or you could try 10 years experience, or 15, or anything else that allows more people to participate. This is just a suggestion, as the forum was a very good idea, but just never got off the ground.

Certainly other folks might have some ideas, as well as the actual VOE panel (btw, how many folks did you end up getting who could participate?).
