Any chance of some description of this? For example, is the attack from static? Is uke on their knees or standing when attacking? How much resistance is uke using? Is the instructor initially in full seiza (e.g. with tops of toes flat on mat) or already moving?

I think that the photos show kokkyu-dosa (or kokkyu-ho), which is normally performed in suwari-wasa from ryote-dory. The sequence is missing the initial frame showing the beginning - both in seiza, uke gripping both wrists. The photos demonstrate strong kokkyu generated by the nage, which uke cannot resist (and maintain the grip) while remaining in sitting position. As his body raises, so does the centre of balance which makes the throw possible.
