Bujin Design

Does anyone know if Bujin is still in business? I once bought a Brazilian Cherry bokken from them that I'm looking to replace. The website looks weird and I can't find craft weapons on there.

Thanks in advance,
Russ

Re: Bujin Design

Was sold to a company in Germany I believe some years ago. Does not carry all that it once did.

Re: Bujin Design

Bu Jin Design as a business operated by Hiroshi Ikeda Sensei closed around 2008/2009. Parts of the business were sold to Kendo24, a company base in Germany. I think the parts that were sold were the hakama and basic weapons (jo, bokken); I've never seen the old Bu Jin shinai sold on the website since Kendo24 took over.
