good lordies .... its been ages since I actually attended an aikido class .... ive been up pleanty to help with the rangers ... but havent done a class myself since my grading .....
so im getting lazy ..... and I KNOW that sensei (the wonderus marvellous man that he is!!!) will inflict much pain on me ....
so ... need to mentally get back in the zone .... and physically get my ar*e on the mats!!!
