well Wednesday class was, how can I put this, FAST!
We had the Holland game so the Sensei said this would be a fast class and should pay attention but for a beginner like me that is hard!
We started with a warm-up that I could not keep up with and that lasted less then five minutes.
We then went on to Heaven and earth throw which was demonstrated four times very fast and then off to do the technique. We then went on to (I think you call it Gaku Game ate) and then on to other techniques. At the end of the lesson we had to go to two groups and do all eight techniques one after another entering and turning...so hard!
It was a good lesson but a little too fast for me. I learned new techniques.
After that I went home and had to call my father as he needed to speak with me and he informed me that he has non Hodgkin Lymphoma - Cancer of the Lymph nodes. I am truly scared that he is going to die. I am also a m little confused as to what I am supposed to do.
