I watch the blossom
Swaying in the early breeze
Highlighted by the morning light
Captured by its beauty
Its color and scent
The touch of the wind
And the light
Also touching me
We share the same moment
While I may last a flicker longer
We are both fated to disappear
Still, the fleeting moment, the moment
Both remains and passes
On into the next
And into the vast emptiness
Of the eternal
