In General I *thought* I was going to train tonight... Entry Tools Rate This Entry

... but something came up. My parents went out of town and I need to go take care of their cats each night this week. Additionally, I have a heck of a lot of work to do and I'm putting in some overtime. Meanwhile, Robin and I have a lot going on too, including going out of town this Saturday. So, I won't be training until next Tuesday.

The idea is that I'm supposed to train once a week and go to PT twice a week. After a week of that, I'll be done with PT. My Therapist simply wants to make sure that I'm healed enough to train, and if not, work with me some more to get me to that point.

The upshot is that I'll be back into the swing of things in another week or two!
