Went to class and worked free-style for a bit. I'm so out of shape AND out of practice, it was just a joke. I haven't had a workout like that since my test and that was 6 months ago. In the meantime, I've been nursing a shoulder injury and taking it easy...
I gotta get in better shape.
Anyhow, I saw a lot of things that were starting to make me remember it all again. Hopefully next time I'll do better.
SO: 2 hours last night.
Tonight, I gotta get to class early to set up the room. A local news station will conducting an interview of Riggs Sensei regarding his article in BBM and will also video him in action. I need to get in early to help set up and be dressed, ready to go. Hope everyone makes it to class tonight! And more would be good as well...
