Beginners Class:
Worked on the blend for Ikkyo which I definitely needed some work on. Talked about dropping back and not bunching up energy. My cold was in full swing with regards to a thick head, so I can't remember all that we did. I also have to admit to being a little distracted, as my friend Brion was supposed to have arrived for the class from the Pacific Northwest.
