Three class Day!
Worked on Myrote Dori Kokyu Ho in the morning class. Focused on getting the hand change correct, and spiraling in and then out.
In the evening basics class worked on Ryote Dori Tenchi Nage. This was good practice. Worked with M on this. It was the first technique that she did when she got to the dojo. Was a lot of fun. There is always more that you can learn and do on every technique.
Third class back to Myrote Dori Kokyu Ho. It was great, worked with a lot of the yudansha on this technique. It is one of my favorites. At the end of class we split into groups and worked on Jui Waza. This takes a whole lot of energy! Wow, did about 15 minutes of it with various partners. Last partner was Krista, and by that time we were both going really slow.
I couldn't get to Irimi Nage fron anything, it was frustrating! Again it seemed that Kote Gashei was the primary thing that came out.
