This is a bit odd, writing a journal when you have as little experience as I do, but perhaps that is exactly why I should do it.
Although I started a year ago, I have only had a couple of months active Aikido due to exams and student exchange programs, but as I finished college 2 months ago, I have recently found the time and energy to take up Aikido again, and I'm loving it, even though I still feel like I don't know what the hell I am doing sometimes.
This journal will be an attempt to share my experiences with starting Aikido again after a long period of absense. (compared to my total training time)
I will try to keep this journal as updated as possible, and try to make an entry at least once a week, but let's see how it turns out :-)
I have training again tomorrow (later today that is...) and I'll write an entry just after that. I hope I can keep my energy up, as you can see from the date on top, I haven't exactly had a good night's sleep :-)
Anyway... Thanks for being patient, and please check back again later for my next entry, which should be here in a couple of hours
