Calm your Ki, polish your ai,
Follow the way, keep ma-ai.

Never neutralize, but always from neutral,
See the path clearly, through though not brutal,

Bu is the love, Bun is the way,
Ki is kindness, help is the play,

Fire is warmth, water is clear,
Earth is all embracing, heaven is here,

Metal is spirit and life expressed through wood,
Aikido is what? Ha, ha, It's all good.
