i graduated to doing some of the drills with the other students. hmm, but the back rolls definitely need work. i actually did a few good right rolls. i think so anyway
i was in a state of almost constant confusion last night, but i guess thats normal for beginners. its funny how whenever you get home and sit down for a while, it starts to hit you what you were doing wrong, and start trying to figure out how to fix it. and then things start to drop into place. i just hope that when we do these techniques in class again, that i'll remember what i learned!
i still have to work on keeping my back straight. i tend to want to bend at my waist, instead of at my knees. i'll get used to it eventually.
