It's been nearly 6 months if my memory serves me.

Speaking of my memory. It will be interesting to see how much I have more than likely forgotten.

Kihon tonight. MUST ONLY PARTICIPATE WITH KIHON.

I'm already aching in anticipation.

Will be sure to make a full entry tonight.
Wish me luck ?

Logged into Aikiweb this morning after about six months to search what deshi really means. I was delighted to see you are training again, I hope it went well, the mind forgets not the body, we learn aikido through the body. Kindest regards, Billy
