Was this a slow shutter, or a photo manipulation? Either way, it has an almost psychadelic effect, like natural lsd or phencyclidine. I haven't tried either, btw ;-)

Hi, thanks for the interest and rating. The effect is due to the combination of two post-processing techniques (photoshop).
