Yoshinkan Videoclips.

Sorry if this link already have been posted here.

Aikido Shudokan is providing excellent videoclips of Thambu Sensei, Chida Sensei and Takeno Sensei under http://www.aikidoshudokan.com/japan_embu_award2005.htm

Re: Yoshinkan Videoclips.

Did anyone notice the 'winning' demonstration, 'judges' and 'results' - is Yoshinkan headed the way of Tomiki I wonder ...

Quick edit - the clips are good, especially Thambu Sensei, but tell me they are not choreographed ... In Tomiki, kata is set, of course, as it is kata, but ninin-dori is not. But still, good clips.

Re: Yoshinkan Videoclips.

What is your definition of Jyuwaza?

1 Demonstrating anything you want (but planning it) - Yoshinkan
2 Demostrating randomly - dealing with the attack on the spot, with no plan. Note that most Aikikai demos that appear random actually have uke making pre-determined attacks.
