Hello

Hello there.

I'm new to this forum, as you may have guessed, and I have only just started my journey up the mountain commonly known as Aikido. I'm 17 years and 14 days, I live in a small seaside resort town called Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, England, and I have been practicing aikido since August.

I'm very much finding that practicing Aikido complements me in many ways, including socially, intellectually and, of course, the physical benefits of being able to handle oneself in a situation that might otherwise result in a much more unfavorable outcome.

So, that's me, and I look forward to meeting you all in due time.

Welcome Matthew and enjoy the journey!

Harmony does not mean that there are no conflicts,
for the dynamic spiral of existence embraces both extremes.

Re: Hello

I would like to say hello to everybody? I am a new to the sport and
feeling it was well. My accomplishment is not going to the top in three years but would like to retain and excesses my mind for my
life with Aikido. I am 39 and smoked for 20 some years and quit.
My mind is ready for Aikido.
