A new bend in my path

Whether a person knows or not everyone follows a path. My path has taken me through rebellion and defiance as a youth, into bliss and happiness as a husband, passed elation and pride as a father. Now well into my forties I find need to follow a path that leads to better health and fitness, I have never cared for weight lifting and other such activities for I have always labored at work and felt It keep me in shape, now I labor much less and have searched for that something help me stay in shape both in body and in mind. I looked to the marshal arts but soon realized I don't want to hurt anyone, I have never liked forcing someone to my will even if it is in my own defense, Ahh but to guide ones aggressor to a different path with grace and honor would be a Harmonious way

Just some thoughts
