Cool Winter Workshop St Louis Jan 6&7

Winter Workshop of Mind & Body Unification Jan 6 & 7, 2001

This weekend event features visualization, meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises will be used to teach the basics of mind and body unification and prepare students for Sokushin training (an intense breathing exercise) and Senshin training (cold water intensive). Advanced classes will use Jo (staff) and Bokken (sword) movement to explore the principles of Mind and Body Unification. The event takes place at Camp Mihaska and Century Farms in the foothills of the Ozarks I-44 at the Bourbon exit, about 1 hour SW of St. Louis.

An inspirational way to start the New Year & Century! An in-depth look at ki training with two top instructors. Mark Rubbert, St. Louis Ki Society Senior Instructor and Jon Eley, Chief Instructor of the Chicago Ki Society.

Cost: $80 all classes, lodging and three meals. Registration deadline is Jan 2, 2001.
