The beginning

Life mastery through Aikido
Fusing of body-mind-spirit
Openness, humility, attention
Roll through and out of life's falls
Let the attacker be thrown through their own energy
Still an Aikido infant, that is what I have learned so far.

Re: The beginning

Very nice thought Gordon.
The other day I made this and I wanted to share it, but didn't know where to put it, It is not about the beginning, but about beginners, I hope it doesn't matter
In our class in the evening the other day
we received congratulations from sensei
for our work during this year
with every newbie who appear
first we prepared the kyus for tests
for the end of next month and then we black belts
also had our fun without rest
first with ushiroryutedori jujigarami koshinage
and finished with katadori kokyunage.
