Info about aikido near Paris 1978-79?

to the aiki-web community:

I was in France from 1978-1979. I was living as an exchange student in Bourg-la-Reine, and I was taking aikido in a town just west...maybe Sceaux or Bagneux? For years I have been trying to remember the name of the Sensei who instructed at a public health club there. He was pretty high ranking, 4th dan at least, andI believe he was part of the Union National d"Aikido. This was my introduction to Aikido!

I lost any paperwork that might help my memory years ago.

Does anyone know who this might have been from 30 years back?

Have you tried the search engine of www.ffab-aikido.fr or http://www.aikido.com.fr/cadre.asp?f...upratiquer.htm ? They list pretty much all the aikido clubs, maybe you can search in the department 92 (around Bourg-la Reine) and you will hopefully remember the name when you see it.

Thanks Anne, but those sites were not really helpful - - this is so long ago that the club doesn't seem to exist anymore (likewise, as far as I understand, l'Union National d'Aikido). So I'm really looking for an old-timer Paris resident who remembers that far back.
