Re aiki countries:

Europe - all (including Lichtenstein!)
Americas - all (except possibly a few small islands). All US states.
Asia - nearly all
Africa - some, particularly southern, northern and ex French colonies. Least aiki populous continent.
Australasia - NZ and Oz widespread, not sure about islands such as Fiji?
Antarctica - joke web site and one bloke I met from the Cambridge's Scot Institute

I'll be at Ethiopia's first dojo for the next three months! It will be interesting to see - the birth of aikido in a country.

Ethiopia, interesting.

Anyways, according to Moriteru Ueshiba Doshu's book (Best Aikido) which was published 1997 he estimated around 2 million.
