Flooring System

I'm looking for advice on flooring systems. We are coving a 38' by 24' area and want to get a good mat/flooring system with cover. We are looking for vinyl type covering and a good mat that is not too soft and not too hard. It will be on a 2nd floor dojo with concrete flooring which nobody wants to feel when they take a high fall. I'm also looking for good durability and reasonable costs.

Anyone with good experience or advice? I'm looking into Norbert (their's seems nice and lightweight for getting up the stairs but may be too soft); Tiffin and Dollamur so far. I have samples for Norbert and requests for samples with Tiffin and Dollamur.
