What percentage of your absolute best

OK.

What percentage

of your absolute best effort

do you use

in your Aikido practice.

( Think about your practice, other sports or things your do. Compare the physical absolute effort in these things. Your best letting go, no holds or mental reservations about safety effort when you do a throw or technique, and think what is your normal percentage effort in normal to hard practice.)

Anywhere between 30-110%, depends heavily on the instructor and my partner. After a 30% class I tend to feel quite unsatisfied!
