Some may say he's doing a mixture of taichi and aikido in the video. Maybe that's why people don't buy him. However, if you are seriously interested in internal things, you must visit him. As many(or a few?) verified, he's a real gem.

I was very amazed:
I don't really know taichi, but indeed I recognize some things, we also practice. Even if we do it in a slightly different way.

I also did something similar before visiting Aunkai. (ex. jo pushing, body weight transfer exercises) However, I had almost no idea what are they for. I had done them without serious intention. If you have a chance, it's really worth to visit him.

Having spent some time on the mat with him, the video makes sense. There is so much you cannot see, but its there. Highly recommend his seminars.
