new aiki blog

I have written a new blog with some reflections on my current understanding of aiki. As a practitioner of Aiki-Jujutsu I seek to understand how aiki is used and applied technically in both Aiki-Jujutsu and Aikido. In my new blog I have identified several principles that I am currently aware of as being fundamental to aiki. Please have a read and I welcome constructive feedback and/or any further insight from your own personal experience, training and study of aiki. This blog will not be the last I write on the subject and I constantly want to learn.
