Ok, I have only trained about a year with only 1 class a week available, so usually I would be a bit rusty during ukemi, so I was very cautious. Too cautious, during one practice I started to do a roll from my left side (which was my bad side) and then I tried to stop or something and ended up getting a minor shoulder seperation. When I get back after basketball is over I want to train a lot harder.
