Smile so, have you got...

I dont suppose anybody has a nice list of Kyu syllabus?
i'm after one if possible aikikai or Seishin Kai if they have it yoshinkan is too different as we only have 6 kyu they have 8 is it?
or one of them anyhoo
i'm basicaly after the syllabus so i can translate to english and remember what the damn moves i was doing the other night were
