Aikido in Training (Book)

Hi Everyone:

Been surfing here and there for Aikido books. One books that is always being mentioned is the Aikido in Training the one being offered by Cool Rain Productions. Has anyone seen or read this book? I have read several mixed reaction to this book from AMAZON . I was hoping I could get a clearer picture/answer here.

Executive Summary: Excellent.

Very clear. Also, a greater variety of techniques than one usually finds in aikido tech books.

Wary as you are yourself, I first got the book through ineter-library loan. I immediately purchased it. I was then also interested in their tapes. A friend lent me one from which I was able to ascertain quality commensurate to the book, so I bought the set and am equally pleased with it.
