Seminar preparation schedule/checklist?

Does anyone have a seminar preparation schedule or checklist that they would be willing to share?

Our dojo does a great job, but we're looking to see if we can do even better. How does your dojo get ready for hosting a seminar?

Hosting:
A plunger. again funny but not so funny if you have no place to go.
Water or gatorade.
