There will be an experimental workshop for Belgian Aikidoka. This experimental workshop is the 1st of his kind in Belgium by Mike Sigman. The content of the workshop is covering how to apply "internal" aspects in Aikido. If you are aikidoka and living in Belgium or the Netherlands you can contact me (ewolput@cs.com).

hey, how come he experiment with the belgium folks and not US folks? what are we, chop livers?

I used a secret aiki concept to catch him for this experiment :-)
