Internal Power Development Seminar Featuring Dan Harden - January 6th, 7th, and 8th, 2017
Aikido of Palm Beach County is proud to announce Dan Harden will be teaching a seminar on Internal Power Development. This seminar will review and expand on the solo and paired-partner training exercises for developing internal power and applying it to any martial art.

Seminar Information:
This seminar will be informal and casual. Clothing will be sweats or shorts and T-shirts. No gis (uniform), no budo affiliated T-shirts. This is a closed seminar with no pictures, video, or visitors allowed. You are strongly encouraged to bring a notebook. Participants are required to email Dan a request to attend the seminar for consideration. People may or may not be accepted by Dan's sole discretion. Preference will be given to those who have attended previous seminars.
