"Blacknell's Early-Morning Mission Translates into a Succes

Here's an article entitled http://"Aikido not, Blacknell's ...nto a success" which tells us of Neil Blacknell's experiences in teaching early-morning aikido in Edinburgh, Scotland. "6.30am is the established time for morning classes in Japan. While working in Tokyo, it was the only class of the day I could actually guarantee to make. I came to the conclusion that I would rather be lively at training and tired at work than vice versa," he said.
