Hello,
My name is Elder Braga, I am from São Paulo Brazil. I train at Academia Central - from Shihan Kawai. I am new in Aikido, a yellow belt. Since I started Aikido , my life has changed a lot. I came from two knee surgeries and could never imagine that it would be possible to regain agility as fast as it is happening (and I am being very careful). It is an enormous pleasure to be able again to stand up without the help of my hands. Congratulations for this site!
