Opinions?

I'll be forming the majority of my own opinion tomorrow (assuming I got the right info about the morning class time! *eek*) but I was curious to know what others had to say about Suenaka sensei as a teacher and aikidoka?

Metta,
Xam

Re: Opinions?

Suenaka Sensei has the credentials and his book "Complete Aikido" is a good edition to a martial arts library. I'm anxious to hear what you experience with him.

Re: Opinions?

I was a little afraid when I read the local website for his dojo and the affiliates thereof, but I've come to understand that the way the biography was written was more of a translation misunderstanding on the behalf of the webmaster than on the sensei's part. I'm happily anxious. Kinda like the night before Christmas, for me.

Re: Opinions?

I hope your ukemi is good for you're going to need it! I haven't trained with Suenaka or at his dojo but I have trained with some people that practice that style. Oh the migraine!
