Hi all can anybody recommend any audio books for aikido i have just started learning the art and would appreciate any information on any books or DVDs to help me along my path
There may be audio books or DVDs about aikido that you would enjoy; however, as far as helping you along your path, going to class is what will do that. DVDs and the like will not help you learn and may make matters worse by confusing you or teaching you things that aren't correct.
