This book presents and discusses the principles and basic concepts of aikido. It contains no descriptions of aikido techniques, but explains the ideas behind them. Stefan Stenudd is a member of the International Aikido Federation Directing Committee. He has practiced aikido since 1972. Currently, he has a dojo in Malmo, Sweden.
